Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Here is a restored repainted "D" serial Schwinn Straight bar frame... making this an early 1940 frame.
Overall decent paint work, original "The World" badge, postwar crank and sprocket are rechromed.
Minor chips etc but very minor and some paint loss where a 1936/7 Hockey stick Autocycle/Motorbike
chainguard was strapped to the down tube. Super shiny and apparently automotive paint, might be clear
coated, most likely. Bike was a restoration attempt by somebody... looks pretty tho... Good enough effort
to bring back something from long ago.

Also a restored locking springer fork from the same project. Fit the frame fine but appears to be a postwar or maybe 1941 fork
that was used for this same project above. Has a nice and minty original Arnold & Schwinn key in the fork..
works fine...chrome is all done and looks good, original AS bolts, not repop. Comes complete as shown.
Nice unit overall.
