Restoring an old Monark

I forgot to add that my dad told me he repainted the bike himself when he was younger, including the rims. He said the bike was originally blue rims were originally chrome plated.

Here's a picture I found online of what I think my Dad's bike MIGHT have looked like had he (or someone else) not made all the changes to it:

So you think this is a '47 model? What is the difference between a'46 and '47 Monark? Would this be a Super Deluxe, or some other model?
