Roadmaster and Jc higgin tank bikes

Was offered these 2 bikes today. The owner said the roadmaster is a Pleasure liner and the Jc higgins says Colorflow on the chain guard. They look to be in pretty good condition and not messed with. Don’t know much about them and was wondering a fair price to pay for them. Said they want to sell them together. What do you guys think

Thanks i was thinking around there but wasn’t certain. They they’ll be back by the end of the month so i can go take a look and them and hopefully buy them.
