good overall condition in original blue paint with a bearing and race for sizing comparison included (standard). Top of steer tube still allows easy and proper screwing of topper hardware but shows a little metal loss see pic. Works just fine, bike rode problem-free, will not be seen under top cap (not included, may need a truss rod acorn also will look for it here). Chrome looks great just needs a little paint taken off with 0000 steel wool, zero pitting, desert southwestern U.S. dry storage. Heavy duty fork, shipping quotes per area on request. Asking $35 worth that in parts value alone certainly
