I put a new tire on the front. Everything else is how I found it.

There's a round impression on the saddle that I can't read.

Looks to be about a 40- 41. Check the BB for the serial number. Looks like a tall 20" frame too. Nice find.

The 14SN date and place code probably indicates 1941 build at Snyder Little Falls NY for 1942 model year.

Note the new curved down tube for 1942.

A deluxe prewar model, with original parts, extra basket.
For a marginal comparison, I see 11 watchers for a 15+year later (shorter) model, less parts, aluminum wheels.

The tank and seat may be the premium parts on your bike, but it would be nice to keep it together.
