Rollfast ID Help

Hey all!
Looking for help with ID on this Rollfast.
Serial number E075019
Haven’t been able to find much online regarding the serial. Torrington bars and ND Model D hub. Thinking maybe late 30’s early 40’s. Any and all help is appreciated. Thx

Might be a 1949–E. The curved down tube was introduced by DP Harris (Rollfast) as new for 1942. The forward-facing rear fork-ends indicate post-war, (perhaps not exclusively).
Maybe check the bottom bracket crank hanger for a date-place stamp, like “94SN” similar to other HP Snyder-built bicycles.

Well no stamp of any kind on BB. But looking at the ‘49-E models it’s somewhere around there.
