Possible 1959-60 with the big badge. The Jag did not have a Schwinn top tube decal like the Corvette. The Jag would've also had the longer seat post bolt.

Gary, your middleweight knowledge always impresses me.

I would agree those are probably Corvette stainless steel fenders; when you see the rust on the frame, etc and how relatively clean the fenders are that probably points to stainless.
