I'm told from a long time friend that POR-15 is good. But what is the best stuff, where can I get it, and about much? It is to put under the fenders of a 1963 Huffy survivor. Shed find, covered in oil for over 25 years when found. The underside of the fenders are pretty rust free and I want to keep it way.

Por 15 is way overkill for that, I have used it and it is messy, expensive and fades. I have had better results with X-O Rust which can be bought at GOOD auto parts stores, Por 15 I have only seen thru Hemmings and other mail order catalogs. I would think if the Bike is taken care of now the rust should not come if it hasn't already
