S2 and S7 question

Hi.
Would someone be so kind to tell me about S2 and S7 rims plz?
I know one of them takes a special tire but I don’t know which one or if both need a specific tire, can’t use 26x2.125.

S7 requires the fractional sizes like 26x 1 3/4
