S2 - big stamp + broad knurling

Was wondering what period these S2's were made? The knurling is broader than I've seen and the stamping a bit larger. Schwinn script front hub and ND with oil port rear hub. Let me know your thoughts.

They look like the 1995 Centennial Phantom repop rims ... maybe laced with vintage hubs ... ??? Hard to say with the one close-up pic ... just my speculation .. Frank

Cartoonish Knurling is the dead give away. Schwinn Anniversary product.....90's Phantom etc

Junk chrome on the '95 stuff has been tell tale to me
