Looks like a highly modified ladies bike. Not much value that I can see. Can you get some better pics?
It's at the Goodwill's. The badge is upside down and painted black, but it said Sam-Sco, Especially made for ???. The handle bars are hanging down, but mount like regular ones. If there's no value, there's no point in taking more pics. I'll see though.
