Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Schwinn 6 hole Rack/ rear carrier post-war
Used on post war Schwinn’s....40s-50s. Went on Whizzers, Schwinn B6's and Phantoms from 1955 up.
This one has been painted tan/gold over what looks to be original blue. The braces have been painted silver.
The rack is completely solid, quite straight. Few dings. Comes "without" reflector or mounting bolt/plate as seen.
It measures:
Front is 2 ½ inches wide at mounting
Rack is 23” in length
4 3/4 “ at midpoint width
15 ½ rear brace from rack top to bottom mid eye hole
13 ½” front/mid brace from rack top to end of attaching bottom eye hole
