Look Ma, No Hands!
Hi guys, looking for a little help,
So I thought I was the proud new owner of a 1946-7 Schwinn tandem (klunker) with a really cool A.S.&Co sprocket/3 piece crank set. My first. But when I went to remove the "incorrect" right pedal, I notice this (check out photos). In it's previous life, someone drilled out the threads where the pedal threads in, AND drilled another hole on the side and added a "set screw" setup....
So now my dilemma is what to do once I find the correct Torrington pedal. Do I find another cottered crank arm? Or...? What? Are they hard to find?
Thanks in advance for any and all help!
