How is that water bottle holder attached? Hopefully someone didn’t drill holes in the frame to screw it in!

Agree on 65 if in fact it is an American. Not unheard of to not be the original chain guard. Does it have the teardrop rear reflector or the two holes to mount it? Seat is not original if it has rivets. That water bottle definitely is a problem as I also don't see any mounts.
