Reduced Schwinn Balloon Motorbike

Schwinn Motorbike not sure on the year it was born. Looks like it was put together with other manufacturer’s parts but its complete and doesn’t need much. Locking fork no keys, Lobdell wheels, fenders are painted silver. Not original paint. New low price $400 for the whole thing. Bike is located in Whittier CA. Sorry boys and girls but I can’t ship because I’m lazy and won’t make time to do it.

Or should I part it out? Fenders may be stainless, paint is peeling off or just bad prep?

LOCKING FORK IS A '37-41!
RIMS LOOK LIKE LOBDELL '41.
NON SCHWINN SPROCKET AND TRUSS RODS.
