Thoughts on this one? Guesses on year? Any repop parts you see?

It's a 58 Frame ( F8 ....... ) that has been repainted wrong. Look at the front downtube, the red comes down way to far. Older locking fork. Repro seat and wrong pedals. For what it is I think the price isn't bad, especially with the front drum in great shape. I would certainly buy this one over an anniversary edition that is pristine for the same amount.
