Sold Schwinn black phantom

Selling my 1954? (ser# M30161) Schwinn Black Phantom. Don't have the time for this one. This is how I received it, I haven't done a thing to it. Someone did an amateur restoration on it years ago. there's house paint on it and silver paint on all the Chrome parts. There is rust/chrome loss. The seat is missing the leather and the rack is missing the light. Looks like the chain was replaced with a new one. One of the tires is a good year and the other is a michelin safety tread. The fender light housing does not look cracked and the tank looks solid but i have not opened it. Not sure if speedo works. The bike rides as is. I do not know a lot about Phantoms, but If you have any other questions about this bike please ask. Asking $700 shipped CON US or $600 picked up in Mass. Prefer paypal
