Schwinn Brake Lever Inserts/guides. Where do you get them?

Does anyone know where you can purchase those little cable ends (not sure what you call them exactly) that go between your brake lever and the cable itself for vintage Schwinn bikes with hand brakes? Prefer to purchase a bunch if possible.

If you buy the universal Bell cable kits at Walmart among other stores they will have new ones in the kit. I personelly have a small parts drawer full of them as I never throw our old ones. Roger
