schwinn chrome wheels with gillette bear tires

Have a pair of 26 chrome wheels that are NOT S2 that were just removed from a schwinn bicycle that have new departure hubs and come with a pair of gillette bear tires. The chrome should clean up with some 000 steel wool or sos pad. The tires have some cracking from going flat but I would still consider these occasional rider tires and are available for 150 + ship.
