Schwinn corvette

A guy posted this on a local FB group, wanting 50 bucks for what he thinks is a 58 or 59. I need opinions - a good buy? I’m tempted!

If it was real close I would pay $50 for it just for the parts on it. No more though.

1958 was the last year for the girls Corvette, which this could be. Chainguards changed in 1959.
This is missing the Mayweg front rack and headlight. Also, it's only a standard...not a 3-speed Sturmey-Archer. Still, it's worth $50 as it sits for parts alone.
