Schwinn Deluxe Pedal ID

I'm sure this is a dumb question but I can't seem to find the answer. I scored these pedals yesterday at the market but I can't ID them. Look similar to the pedalsb on my phantom but these axles don't have screw driver slots... Is there a year where this feature was added?

Those look small, like a lady's or juvenile pedal. That could be the reason for no slot having a different length axle????
