Bingo. That serial would definitely be on a 59 model and the Price Is Right! So 59 Tornado it is.

I usually don't pay much attention to these Schwinn Guarantee Cards, but this one was cool with the name of the Shop and the person who bought the bike. It's dated with the serial number and model number on the inside and the price on the outside. I had to buy it. Barry

These came with a 1941 Schwinn Autocycle that I own.
