Schwinn krates

All the Original color Krates are kool.

I’ve whittled my Krate collection down to two over the years and my favorite color is the Pea Picker.
I found this Factory Original Pea hanging from the ceiling in an old Schwinn shop in the SF Bay Area in the late 90’s.
It wasn’t for sale, but I persisted and after several years the shop owner pulled it down and I brought it home.
Beautiful Color.

No Krates for me either.
I was born in 1960
My daily rider was a pig bike that my dad built for me, then my dreams came true, and I got this 1973 Kool Lemon standard.

Although, not this exact bike.
I was pretty hard on mine, so I’m sure, it’s replenishing the Earths minerals by now.

Cool. Nice bike..... I thought you had a couple years on me. No particular reason except you seem wiser for one, and seem to have owned WAY more cool stuff! Ha!! I love your gardens. My GF is the gardner here.
