I AM GOING TO LIST SEVERAL ONE YEAR ONLY 1936 SCHWINN LOCKING TRUSS ROD FORKS ON EBAY.
THESE FIT STANDARD PREWAR 5 INCH HEAD TUBE FRAMES.

THE FORK WITH A ORIGINAL "AN" CYLINDER AND 2 SMOOTH BRASS KEYS IS OFFERED TO
THE CABERS FOR $125. PLUS SHPG. OR THE FORK WITH AN ORIGINAL SCHWINN/YALE KEY
PLUS A SMOOTH BRASS SPARE IS $195. PLUS SHPG.

THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR OF THE LOCKING FORK AND IT HAS THE "AN" CYLINDER FACING STRAIGHT BACK
RATHER THAN ON THE TYPICAL ANGLE FOR ALL OTHER LOCKING FORKS.

I HAD THE TRUSS ROD TOP PLATES AND BOLTS MADE IN STEEL TO MATCH THE ORIGINAL
FITTINGS AND ALSO STAINLESS STEEL TRUSS RODS MADE TO MATCH THE ORIGINAL.

1936 schwinn locking truss rod forks-one sold and one left!

i am going to list several one year only 1936 schwinn locking truss rod forks on ebay.

-one sold and one left!!!!!!!!!

These fit standard prewar 5 inch head tube frames.

The fork with a original "an" cylinder and 2 smooth brass keys is offered to
the cabers for $125. Plus shpg. Or the fork with an original schwinn/yale key
plus a smooth brass spare is $195. Plus shpg.

This is the first year of the locking fork and it has the "an" cylinder facing straight back
rather than on the typical angle for all other locking forks.

I had the truss rod top plates and bolts made in steel to match the original
fittings and also stainless steel truss rods made to match the original.
