I know it’s hard from one picture but can anybody tell me with this bike is worth?

First of all it's not a Panther .. restored by someone .. value is hard to determine due to many incorrect parts & pieces .. it's good for someone that likes a shiny bicycle that doesn't mind incorrect parts ... just keepin' it real

Looks like a fairly decent job on the refurb. Cheap rolled stem though. If someone here had it for sale I'm betting it would be in the low four figure range.

He bought it in Hershey many years ago , not really a bike guy more a motorcycle guy. Paid way to much but he enjoyed having it.

The Panther is a whole different cat. If you remove the Panther decal the incorrect parts will then become correct since it's closer to a B-6 model.
