Schwinn Phantom(?) Any idea as to originality and year?

Have a chance to buy this locally but not sure what year and if it's a re-pop or not. Owner got it from garage sale and knows nothing about it. Serial number is Y93101214. Any help on this would be appreciated!!

Not a phantom, MANT wrong parts (non-schwinn), etc etc - rusted out - I'd pass.

That bike is so pieced together. Depends on how cheap it is. There is some decent parts there to use on another bike.
