Schwinn phantom tank decal outline

Hello im curious if anyone sells inverted decal for painting a black phantom tank

Not sure what you mean.. are you talking about a reverse stencil?

Yea I was wondering what you meant as well. The "Schwinn" is a decal and not painted on. You can easily mask the chrome and then you need to just do an ivory pinstripe on the top panel before applying the decal. V/r Shawn
