offered here is a schwinn brake lever-commonly called the 'web' lever(1938-9). not the best nor the worst-has its blems but fully functional and would look great on decent original rider. if you're running the wrong lever or maybe a shiny-rechromed lever and need to tone things down-this might be for you! top strap may be replacement piece. priced right-450 with shipping included.
