Last call for this one then it goes on the parts shelf perhaps for ever.I have this vintage 1969 heavy duty 26 x 2.125 puncture resistant tube in the original box. The box is rough but the tube is NOS. I have not seen one of these in a box only mounted on a bike. Killer rare tube in the size you are looking for. The box itself measures 10x4 and is a great display piece by itself. I would like to get $40 shipped for this item.

The date on the box is 1969. We sold lots of those back in the day to people who were tired of getting flats on a regular basis. The extra weight didn't matter on a Spitfire or Cruiser that already weighed in a 40 lbs
 
@coasterbrakejunkie1969 I‘d love to know how thick the rubber is on that to compare to today‘s versions. Is there any chance you could accurately measure the thickness of the two layers of rubber together? Just wondering…
