To cool of a bike to part out ( why would anybody even think about that? ), probably a shop custom, just swap the seat ( not a mini twinn seat! ) for a Krate seat and sissy bar/shocks, make a nice looking chain guard adapter and maybe a Superior front tire and ride!, I made a Midget coaster Krate ( Sky blue ) yrs back and used a 20" springer and a 12" front tire, pre cell phone/camera so I'll have to dig out some old photos.
Yeah that bike was built by my dad at Eastside Schwinn in Indianapolis mid 70s. He had some good connections through the distributors and of course was a factory trained owner.
