Reduced Schwinn Stingray 3 speed wheels

1969 Schwinn S7 Stingray 3 speed wheel set with a ding on the front wheel as pictured, tires come with them but I sure wouldn't suggest riding on them. I really don't know much about them, asking $100 plus shipping to the lower 48. If you need more information or pictures please ask.
