Here’s a Bendix red band single speed S2 . 28 spoke , has pitting as dullness as shown but still very solid rim , clean on backside under the rubber . Axle nuts and washers included . I don’t see a stamp anywhere. 125$ shipped in lower 48 possible trade for 68 stingray seat white or green
