Sold Schwinn Whizzer front hub.

Here is a nice holiday item, a Schwinn Whizzer front hub that appears to be unused only shop worn.

There are no scarring marks at any of the spoke holes which indicates it's never been laced.

The brake pads look unused as well.

Some minor rust was removed however with more work it will detail out beautifully.

Just measured them at 4mm.

The hub is definitely for oversized spokes.

My repop 2004 Whizzer has .105 spokes. My vintage whizzer with Schwinn wheels has front spokes (standard hub) that are 3.5mm or about .137. That said, can I use the smaller spokes (they will have to be cut down and re-threaded) ?
