Schwinn World Tourist: What should I pay?

Hey Folks. I am looking for a world tourist from the 30's or 40's. What should I pay for something like this? I know lightweights aren't worth as much, but I don't know what to pay. For instance, is around $200 ok for a decent original paint bike with bad chrome? Thanks!

I think you are just used to getting em for $25.
