Late forties or early fifties. The serial number is either under the crank or on the fish hook rear axle mounting spot.

I would think that with a bolt on kickstand it would be pre war. 1946 and after had the cam style.

The earliest I've seen the rolled stem and the bolt on stand was on the 1953 models. Serial # K54869 Spitfire. Sold for $650.
