That paint looks amazing. Overall, that's in really exceptional condition and well worth that price. Has to be a 1966 though, the 67's had the stem shifters.

The top tube shifters were 1964 through 1966 and the 67 models had stem shifters.

I was just about to say this. I have 2 67s and both are stem shift.
