sears balloon tire ? need help identifying

think its a sears ? need some info on year model any help apricated

Your frame and forks are Monark built and branded Super Cruiser model or Firestone branded.
There may be a metal tag in the bottom bracket and serial number will help pin it down in the early 50s.
The crank and chain ring are Murray.
That’ll be FUN. Cool Find!

Maybe if you want to hunt down parts, $125-150 repop tank from Ebay, original Monark chain ring, chain guard, fender etc & or part it out. I am sure somebody would want that locking springer fork if priced Right and I wouldn't mind having the rest myself

As said above there should be a metal tag underneath the bottom bracket that will give you serial and model number. I see no sense trying to restore though--parts bike or custom/rat. V/r Shawn
