Looks like a Murray-built Sears bike. I have not checked my own Free Spirit to see if the Wald-style goose/swan neck stem is stamped with a date code, as was done in later years.
Like others have suggested, the going rate might not cover the cost of new tires, tubes, cable clamps, and brake shoes, etc., (as & if needed?).
