I believe post war. I think the frame is either real early post war or pre war. V/r Shawn

Restored 40's ish Mesinger saddle...padded too "buckety" not one of mine but yes a restored
40's seat that went on a variety of bicycles... Typically no TAG on the back of that style saddle...
a good rider tho... easily 100+ in $ there.
Try some water on the leather and a blow dryer....maybe be able to lift out the divots and dents
