Looks very similar to the Puch/Steyr two piece camping bikes made during the same era also in Austria. I'm betting that at least some of the parts if not the whole bike was made by the same manufacturer.

It's not much. I'd say $50 to $75 to the right buyer. They are nicely made bikes though. Grease it up and use it for a swap meet rider .
