Serial number decode

I need help decoding some number's and letters on a bicycle frame,and they are mo 13 X 5 178648 any help would be greatly appreciated,thank you.

I believe 13 x 5 is 65; but with the internet and all, sometimes pictures of items turn out to be most helpful.
The code prefix "mo" could be a Murray Of Tennessee space bike, muscle bike; or something else.
