Set of Nickel Spokes For 28" Wheels

Selling these NICE double butted spokes - There are 99 of them complete. Nipples are two sided. In old original waxed paper,
tied with a string. These came from an Ohio garage where they sat for years. Surprisingly, there is hardly any rust on them.
They are a bit larger gauge. Heavy Duty? 12 3/16ths long.. SoCal - $150.00 shipped o/b/o

Are these only for 28" wheels, or would they fit 26 inch wheels too? I don't know how spokes are measured, sorry.
