Finally riding a big boys bike
This is going to get hairy. I'm a burned-out, tottering retired school teacher so on't expect much.
You bolt the pivioting top between the twin bars near the crank housing using a slotted bar. Push down the handle and up goes the rear of the bike. This works on bikes but they are light and can be lifted on a stand. Whizzers are a different story. You can remove the wheel without taking the fender off. The handle bolts are for disassembly for shipping. The eye hooks are for bungie cords and the hole net to the bolt in the last picture is for the small flange storage.
