yes I saw this bike in person ,really nice and complete bike .

This bike has no metal date tab/serial number on the bottom. It has the stamped serial number. Those tabs started in 49. It's probably a 1940/41. (Updated by fellow caber)The tank has truss rod dents and the top of the light has some small holes. I also have an original brittle lens or a new reproduction lens to choose from. Make offer if interested.

From what I have learned, the recessed reflector on the rear fender is a 1940/41 only detail.
