I’m wondering if it’s a 1934 or 1935. The closest thing I can find is an image from @Freqman1, where he was showing a corresponding men’s Western Flyer from 1935, however this model has different handlebars (same stem) and painted, rather than chrome rims.
1934 for sure. K serial numbers range from K139xxx to K193xxx, around 10 examples in this range. Chain guard looks added? The rest looks 2b intact. The fork looks to be narrower than others to accept a ballooner width? Love the bolt-together seat stay/seat post connection on these ladies Shelby's. Thanks for sharing it here...

Here’s a photo that @cds2323 posted back in 2016 on @frankster41’s post about his ‘34 Western Flyer, which also that guard and these bars on the 1934 models.
I was looking through the thread today. Very interested in these frames below. The 1st one carries a 1934 prefix on the crank shell. I am not sure who owns this frame. It is the last "K" prefix frame I have in files, and the 1st Y~ Streamline frame I have on file, 4200+ units after the moto~bike posted above. Please pm me if you posses this early Y, would love to own it.
This frame below I need the serial number for if you know who may have it...Very unusual and very attractive loose frame in the style I refer to as "Double Offset Y". 1940/41 or later I think.
