Shelby cycle company license plate

Does anyone on here know anything about this plate. Are thare a lot of these license plates out thare. Is this plate worth a lot??
Anything on this would help. What do you guys think about it.

That is downright cool! So Herby Thompson sent away for an official Shelby plate. I'd say those are pretty rare.
