Shelby girls tank

Is there a specfic name for this Shelby girls tank? I need this shape but in brown and tan.

I’m not sure but there were more than one year using that style. 39 to 40 and also around 1950. I’m restoring one right now, a 1939 Hiawatha.

I believe that the girls frame (and tank) design may have been produced both pre-war and post-war. I had what I believe were examples of each, a pre-war “P” prefix with six digits, and a post-war “G” prefix with five digits, in the serial sequence numbers.

This is the shape of the tank I need in the first photo. More of a rectangular tank. The second photo has the colors I'm looking for.

I think of bicycles like the machine-green (re-painted?) ones pictured above as the “squiggly” (not straight) truss tube design (with tank to match).

I have a tank. Not brown though, would have to be repainted. Non-horn model.
