I need help identifying this Shelby I picked up this weekend, there is nothing on the web about this at all I don’t know why.

The Arrow Flight bicycle presents a real mystery
to me. The badge appears to be from the 20's
or 30's era ... and it sports Shelby-Preferred attach-
ment devices -- rivets.

Have never seen manufacturing-features like those
in the fotos below ... for a Shelby.

However ... the headcup side being flush with the
headtube side IS very-Shelby.

Shelby did not go with ABC merger around 1900 1901. So this bike from late 1890s. The Wheelmen has library may have this model.
