Looks like it's from the era that had an ID tag on the BB. It'll say "No. 52" or similar, number is the year.

Nice bike.

I may be wrong but if I were to guess it may be a ‘54 or close to it. In ‘54 they started transitioning new and different parts / characteristics on them as AMF took over. That rear rack appears to be one of those newer additions along with the detailing on the chrome tank and changes on springer.
Here is a ‘53 I had which was the last year before AMF purchased.
As Adamtinkerer said the year should be stamped on BB.
