Shifter for 1960 Continental or Varsity

Hello!

I need a shifter for my 1960 Continental. The original one is broken into two pieces.
I've attached a pic of the one on my 1960 Varsity, which is exactly the same shifter.
Does anyone know where I can get one? eBay doesn't seem to have one.
